Get Shorty the TV series? As a script writer for hire and UK script consultant I have a long lasting obsession with Elmore Leonard’s novel (including […]
As a script writer for hire and UK script consultant I caught up with Michael Winterbottom’s ‘Greed’ this week. A kind of comedy biography of a UK retail tycoon, not unlike Arcadia Group’s disgraced (but still stomping around) ‘Sir’ Phillip Green (last time I call him ‘Sir’ here).

As the busiest UK script consultant and script writer for hire in the business, I’m a big fan of Jim Jarmusch. I think ‘Mystery Train’ is one of my favourite films. ‘Night on Earth’ is fabulous too. Wonderful cinema.
